AQUASIGN can provide a range of different subsea marking solutions fixed into place with cable ties dependant on your needs.
Aquasign® guaranteed anti-fouling markers combined with cable ties offer a secure fixing for small objects, valve tag identification, or applications where the surface is uneven e.g. grated. Cable ties can also be used to secure Aquasign® tags to valve stems or levers.
Aquasign® markers are used in conjunction with a backing plate (Nylon, ABS or Stainless Steel), strapping material for the cable ties to be fixed around. Cable tie slots are manufactured based on customer requirements.
If anti-fouling properties aren’t required, cable ties can also be used to fix more cost-effective singnage materials such as metal or engraved plastic. Visit our of Oilfield Signage pages to find out about our manufacturing processes for these types of signs.
Our standard lead time for mechanical solutions is 20 working days, however AQUASIGN will always work to meet your project demands.
