A waterjet machine can cut a wide variety of materials using a very high-pressure jet of water. The machine is suitable for almost any substrate (metals, plastics & rubbers). In-house, AQUASIGN can cut substrates up to 150mm thick and 1300x1300mm.
AQUASIGN use the best quality materials such certification metals and exterior plastics for our signage, which the waterjet can erode to create a narrow line in the stock material based on the type of specification you require.

Lead times are dependent on the overall paint specification. Typically, all plates are cut within 3 days with coating ranging between 10-20 days thereafter.
