Screen Printing

Screen-printing can be used to print a quality precise design in multiple colours on top of metals, plastics or vinyl.

The screen print process puts ink onto the surface through a prepared screen of fine material to create the design. Screen-printing can be done on a maximum thickness of10mm, and size 380x500mm. Where there is no limit to the number of colours, for each colour, a separate design screen is required.

This method is best used for less-permanent requirements: unlike Rotary engraving and chemical etching, screen-printing works by printing a design on top of the material, therefore may wear in harsh environments or over a long period of time.

Developed in-house, KISS or Adhesive can be used to attach your signage to surfaces.
